First class signed for - tracked delivery service within 1 - 2 working days £3.99

We aim to despatch orders within 24 hours and will email tracking information once processed

Deliveries will take place Monday - Saturday and a signature will be required

Orders will be sent via Royal Mail tracked and signed for service. Please note we are not responsible for any import duties or additional charges once it enters your country. We do not know how much these charges will be or how long the parcel will be held for.

If you refuse the parcel once it enters your country please note you will be charged £10 to cover the return postage cost which will be deducted from the order.

Delivery can take between 5 - 8 working days £12.50

Please note that the shipping time frames listed do not include customs processing delays which are unfortunately out of our control. Please also note that business days do not include weekends or national public holidays.


• Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the items
• We are only able to offer refunds, if you require a different size / colour please place a new order via the website
• Items must be in their original condition with tags and hygiene strips still in place, if these have been removed we can refuse the return
• We can not accept any returns if the item is damaged or stained 
• Customer is responsible for any return costs, we recommend sending via a tracked service. 
• Ensure you have filled out the returns form including reason for return



• We will notify you via email once your return has been received and process a refund within 2 working days. 
• Please note we do not refund the postage costs. 
• Refunds will be processed back onto your original payment method
• Please allow 3 - 5 working days for the funds to be returned back into your account.

We may over time run competitions which will be announced either via social media (Twitter, Instagram) or in our News section on our website. There will be no entry fee or purchase necessary to enter and anyone is eligible to enter the contest. We may vary the terms or, or terminate, a competition at any time at its absolute discretion without liability to any contestant. We will not award any prize if the competition is terminated.
